Look in the large underground room where you find the shrine key. A skeleton reaches toward a nearby wall; examine that wall to open a secret room, collect the mysterious meal, and consume it. Multiple Steam players report this route, so you do not need a difficult sword jump for the achievement.

How do you reach the dungeon meal?
The original location report describes looking right while facing the stairs. If you approach from another angle, use the reaching skeleton as the landmark rather than relying on left or right.
- Locate the large underground room containing the shrine key, before the elevator.
- Near the stairs, find a skeleton reaching up against the wall.
- Examine the wall it indicates to open the hidden room.
- Collect the mysterious meal inside and use it from your inventory.
